perspective

So the lord has really blessed me the past couple of days. WE all have those days were we feel like its the worst day ever or that our problems are sooo big. Well i was feeling that way just from being overwhelmed with the everyday tasks of college life. And for some reason everyone needed my help. There was just no time for me. I was thinking i need a break, i need someone to take care of me. When i really stopped to think about it, it was the lords way of helping me get through my "problems". He gave me all these opportunities to serve and help others so that i can forget my problems, and realize that my life truly is wonderful. "when we are in the service of our fellow beings we are only in the service of our god". How true is this statement. The lord helps us, but usually its through letting us serve those around us. I am grateful that my heavenly father has continually provided me with many opportunities to learn and grow and remember what really matters and why we are on this earth. At the same time, when we realize these wonderful moments that is usually when satan attacks next. How blessed are we to know that when the devil strikes we have what we need to fight back. JUST SO VERY VERY BLESSED!!!!!
