okay so luckily for me I IMPROVED!!! but thats not all i have to say of course!
The two week fitness test was a huge tender mercy. I was really being kind of hard on myself and thinking that there was no improvement taking place. I felt like it didn't matter how hard i worked out or anything, i wasn't getting more fit. i couldn't see any physical appearance changes, and i really didn't think i was getting any stronger. but i guess even though i don't see the improvements they are obviously taking place :) The Lord always is there to help me. He knows that i like to see the results of my efforts so he shows them to me in little ways. I am grateful that he makes me work to see the results. Anyway will keep you all posted on more updates of fitness as they come along :)
You not only improved yourself but in the meantime inspired a few other of us to try this hard thing too.... you are such an inspiring person to so many and no matter what never forget how "fit" and mighty you are in all the ways that really matter and last the longest!!! WE LOVE YOU~~~
