birthday wonders

So this past weekend my family threw me a birthday party!!! so much fun!!!. We went and saw the movie HOP in Salt Lake. That movie is super funny and cute!!! then we went to california pizza for some dinner. it was my roommate camilles birthday also so we got ice cream sundaes and people sang to us!! then went to a hotel to find my room decorated in Tangled stuff. SO AWESOME!!! THere was a banner, candy with the characters on it. Then we each got a cup with Rapunzel on it !!Then opened presents and watched TANGLED. love that movie. loved the time i got to spend with my family and the joy they bring into my life.

Okay so now for the update on my real birthday! FIrst off a friend of mine called me right at midnight!!! It was so thoughtful of them. then once i got some sleep, i went to class, then devotional, then went home and did some homework. Then my friend nicole took me out to lunch to RUBIOS. so good. we sat and talked for a bit until my next class. Then after my last class my wonderful friends took me to pizza pie cafe for dinner where we pigged out. Then was welcomed home to the lights off and my roommates standing in the doorway with a cake for me with candles and everything. I LOVE THEM!! then if things couldn't get any better, three of my friends put sacks on my head and "kidnapped" me and took me to ice cream!! it was awesome. Came home to find that my friends had started a war of pranks. so we went and snuck into their apartment and hid pieces of cake all over their apartment.... MISSION COMPLETED!! The day was great. missed my family but had a good day. i am so blessed with wonderful people who showed their love for me in different ways!!
